Each of us in the body of Christ faces opposition each day as we walk in the path that the Lord has set before us. Whether someone comes along telling you that you are not whom God say you are. Someone may say that you are nothing or that you are not going anywhere in God. They may come lying on you. They may come trying to destroy your character. They may pray negative prayers against you. Whichever way the enemy comes to try to break your spirit or to tear you down, it won’t work because the scripture declares that no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and that every tongue that rise against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. It is all a tactic of Satan to move you out of the place where the Lord has you. Satan is trying to keep each of us from reaching our destiny in God. One thing we must remember saints of God is that we are not wrestling against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Satan comes but to kill, to steal and to destroy. Satan wants to destroy each and every saint of God, it is time for us to recognize the enemy for whom he really is. It is time for the intercession to come forth and take our positions on the wall. It is time for us to pray in the spirit. It is time for us to pull out our weapons and tear down the kingdom of Satan.
2 Corinthians 10:3-6: For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds;) casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; and having a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. Let us put on the whole armor of God.
The enemy is already defeated in the name of Jesus. You are whom God say you are. You will do what God called you to do. You will go where God tells you to go. You have the victory through Christ Jesus. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world. God is saying to us saints that the battle is not our but it is his and that we need not fight in this battle. So whichever way the enemy comes it want work!
